Today was my second visit to OMG Brows. I can’t say enough great things about Olga and her establishment. Olga is warm and welcoming and so talented. My brows look great! just visited for the first time yesterday and my brows have never looked this good!! i used to go to ulta for regular brow waxes, but the shape got completely messed up during my last appointment and i didn’t want to chance it again. i decided to come here based on all the good reviews and not only did Olga fix the unevenness, but it’s the best shape i’ve ever had! i will only go here for my brow waxes now 🙂

Before I started going to OMGBROWS , my eyebrows were too thin, had no shape, and had some bald patches. Now after going to Olga for 4 years my eyebrows are beautiful I’m always getting complimented on my eyebrows when i’m out and I have also noticed in the last year and a half that my eyebrow hairs are long and have to be trimmed almost every monthly appointment, which would have never happened if it wasn’t for going to Olga who knows what she is doing and going to her consistently over the last 4 years. Beautiful place!! It was my first time ever, service was great. Olga is really attentive. However, I have to give it a 1 star rating bc when offered one of her products, that I did order at her shop and paid right there for the product, I was told it was back ordered 2 weeks and I would receive it in 2 weeks. After that 3 weeks passed and I had not received the item. I reached out and after reminding Olga what I ordered bc she did not find my order but knew she had it, she told me it was still backed ordered. I was very patient and kept reaching out. I was told August 2nd was delivery date but still haven’t received my product. It now is a month later and now I no longer get a response after texting her again August 8th or have received the product.
