I had an awesome experience at Omg Nails!! I called around 5pm and scheduled an appointment for 6pm. I ended up staying late at work and I waited til the last minute to get ready for my trip to Florida so I was desperate to get in. I felt bad because I needed a dip manicure, a pedicure and my eyebrows waxed and they close at 7pm! That’s a lot to fit in to an hour. When I got there, they started taking my old nail color off and then they moved me to the pedicure chairs. While one lady was working on my toes, another lady came over and started working on my nails. When my toes were done, they carefully moved me to a nail station where they completed my nails. My French manicure turned out great and my toenails couldn’t look better!! At the end while my nails were drying, they took me back to wax my eyebrows. They finished everything by 7:05!! I was the last person in there but everyone was so friendly and accommodating!!! I love this place!!!

This is my go to nail salon in Big Rapids. I have tried them all and this place seems to be the most consistent with their quality of service. I never feel like they are rushing and they do a wonderful job. Every time I get shellac done here it seems to last like 3 months! Go here and you won’t regret it.
