If you get your nails done here ask for Hon. The other 3 are very lazy, or it depends on who is in their seat. Hon treats all of his customers equally and always puts forth his best work to everyone.

Amazing work done by Kim. I see her every 2-3 weeks for dip powder, and I’ve never been happier with my nails. I’ve also had services done by Tina and Kay, and they do a terrific job also. If you are looking for a local nail salon that does everything, go to OMG Nails. Request dip powder, they are so much better and healthier for your nails than gel or regular acrylic nails.

Critical: Punctuality, ValueI called the previous day and scheduled an appointment for a spa pedicure at 10:00. When I arrived, I had to wait and when I was called back to the pedicure station, I sat in the chair for 20 minutes before anyone came and turned on the water. I asked for the “lavender spa pedicure” which according to the menu of services includes the following: eucalyptus soak, sugar scrub, callus, 15 minute massage, paraffin, personal pedi kit, warm neck wrap, and a complimentary drink. The price listed is $65 and the menu says they accept Visa/MC. There was no eucalyptus soak, it was just water. There was no warm neck wrap and no drink offered. The massage lasted only 5 minutes. The level of service I received was for the $45 “chocolate spa pedicure”, the only difference was that the technician used a lavender scented product. It was also very busy and they seemed short-staffed. The technician got up multiple times to assist other clients with their services. I understand that there were only 2 staff, but it seemed like poor management of appointments and time. I also feel that they should update their menu of services to either include an accurate description of what clients are getting or adjust the price accordingly. When I paid, I was asked to pay by Venmo. This was not listed anywhere. I will not be back to OMG.Service: PedicureI called the previous day and scheduled an appointment for a spa pedicure at 10:00. Critical: Punctuality, ValueBook appointments for my husband and myself. My pedicure felt rushed, tech was constantly checking his watch and the there was virtually no massage. My leg was rubbed 5 times on each leg and then a hot towel was put on. My husband waited for 35 minutes after our appointment time for someone to start on his feet and she finished him in 15 mins. The quality of service is not worth the money especially if you are a male. I will give props for the cleanliness, social distance, and unused utensils open in front of me.Service: PedicureBook appointments for my husband and myself. I needed to make a last minute nail color change because of a work-event. My regular nail tech was booked solid so I thought I could try a new spot. The techs were nice and the business was steady the entire time I was there. However, I now have a fungus growing on my fingernail after getting a dip manicure at this place. This has never happened to me before. It took less than 2 weeks for the nails to start lifting and chipping away.

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueRushed the entire time, virtually no massage for pedicure, had to ASK for massage for my hands so she put a blot of lotion and rubbed it in AFTeR painting my nails. Such a disappointed as this was my relaxing time and the first time I’ve gotten my nails done in forever. Also extremely overpriced.
