This place is amazing! The vibe, the space, the staff, our NAILS!! All of it! They just opened in Grimes. If you haven’t been yet definitely check them out if you are in the Grimes or surrounding area. I’m obsessed. They have little extras that come with their shellac manicures like a hand mask and paraffin wax treatment. It was like a mini spa day for our hands and feet. Will be back!

I have never had a better experience at a nail salon. It is much more than that but those are the services I utilized. Fiat off the bat called to make an appointment and the customer concierge man was a delight. Walking in the place is gorgeous and clean. I have never been to a place with a happier staff than this! All the employees there were kind and friendly and happy to be there and make your experience wonderful! My nails turned out immaculate for this picky girl and my SOS pedicure was straight out of heaven! The woman really took care and understood my dislike for hot things in my skin and med everything just to my liking. I was 100% relaxed and felt incredibly welcome! I will never go anywhere else!

Literally the best, and newest, nail salon around. Small business owner, NOT a corporate place. They treat their staff amazingly, which being in the food industry I appreciate. Amazing service, lovely staff, refreshing atmosphere, and BONUS we were put in the back private room because we had so many of us. If you have an upcoming party and would like the back room, I highly recommend you schedule their party room that can serve up to eight pedicures at a time. I think they have about 20 or so other pedicure chairs, plenty of manicure chairs. We really had a great time here, already can’t wait to go back!

We had a party of 7 and had an amazing time. They cater to party’s in a private room. Prices are very budget friendly. Definitely a kids friendly environment but also adult friendly. Host was amazing and very friendly. Definitely will be returning as a family event for our monthly pedicure in the private room. Thank you to the staff for an amazing day!!

Walked in the door on grand opening and was welcomed by Graham and all of the staff . Everyone was smiling and ready to go. I had my children with me. All three of us got the OMG pedicure! Emma did mine and we talked the whole time. First day jitters but top notch customer service and personable. They called us by our names the whole time. I have Sandy free range on my nail. The best ombré experience I have had. She dipped it all and did not do the sprinkle technique. She did a marble design on my ring finger(something has to make it pop out because there definitely is not a ring.) My daughter was in tears for the second time when we got into the car. This was her third attempt at getting a certain design and finally it was done right! I will remember the girls name eventually who did them. Gemmy did her pedicure and she said finally they did it “ALL.” Even paying for pedicures at other places, they leave out the towels and stones without asking us first. Chi walked around meeting all of his new clients and made us feel very welcomed. As a “single mom” you do what makes your life easier. Well my daughter found a new nail salon that makes her happy! We will be back! PS.. they have a bar!!

The cost was about double of the same pedicure in the area. Unless the staff is making a lot higher wage than in the other salons in the area, someone is exploiting their employees! Staff was awesome, beautiful store but expect that you do not get anything better than you would anywhere else. I guess I learned my lesson again, never spend money in a corporate business, as besides taking advantage of its employees, it also takes advantage of the consumer’s wallet. I always tip well and still do, but when I got to the counter to pay, after giving a large tip, I nearly vomited at the price I paid. This will be interesting to see how this plays out after the glitz and glamor of the salon wears off, will the corporate offices see that charging more than double for a basic pedicure that you would get in this area, the consumers will decide to do their business at the already established salons within a few miles of this place. Would not recommend due to price and would not recommend due to they are no better than any other salon. Can’t be sure, but maybe the sparkly polish had diamonds in it and either I just don’t appreciate paying huge prices or I was taken advantage of.
