I’ve been here before and have had good experiences, although they are a little overpriced. Today I walked in and asked for a removal and full set. As the technician removed my full set, I noticed that my nails were cracked and very fragile underneath- so much so that it was super sensitive and slightly painful throughout the removal process. Against my technician’s protests, I decided to decline the full set and allow my natural nails to recover for a bit then return. She became frustrated and caused a bit of a scene, telling all the other technicians (I assume not so nicely, but it was said in their native language so I don’t know). Everyone in the shop was staring at us. They tried to convince me to let her “gently” do a full set, but I declined and explained why. After making a few comments under their breath, they charged me 3x the removal cost and said that I could only get refunded a portion of it if I return tomorrow for a full set. I told them I would but I won’t be returning. It is a bad business practice to only care about money and not the health or comfort of your customers in the beauty service industry. There is a tactful way to disagree with your customers, and this wasn’t it. Despite the embarrassment, I left a tip for my technician but I’ll do them a favor and leave one more: DO BETTER. You also definitely shouldn’t publicly shame customers or try to persuade them to spend more money at the cost of their health.

This is my go to place for almost a year now. I love how they have a lot of staff so when I go I never have to wait long. As of yet I have no complaints. You definitely get what you pay for. Sometimes a little pricey but the work is good so again u get what u pay for. LT did my wedding nails and they were so gorgeous I left them on almost 2 months and they STILL looked good!! Lynn did them last week for my Florida vacation trip and she “nailed” it. She took her time but was still fast and NEAT. I even found out her and my husband share the same bday 4/14. She was so sweet and a pleasure that I will request her my next visit. Thanks OMBRÉ ❤️

Amy and Tina are excellent. Not only they make you feel welcome, but also they are there to help you decide on different nail styles. Professional staff and environment. The lady who does my nails is great. She is efficient and detailed, most of the time. The biggest issue I see is that there are times I schedule an appointment but I’m not seen until 30-45 minutes later. This is no fault of the nail tech but definitely an issue I’ve encountered numerous of times.

This salon does not live up to the hype. I’ve gone twice to two different people and they’ve both made me feel rushed and like I was an inconvenience. The second time I even made an appointment with a particular one (Kelly) to see if that made a difference and it did not. It was actually a worse experience as she presented herself to be rude and messy and providing me a service I did not ask for (acrylic vs. dip) and telling me that acrylic was dip. She left old dip residue on my hand and under my nails as well as this clumpy acrylic under my nails. One nail needed repair and it is sticking out from the artificial nail she applied. She also was immediately annoyed when I told her I did not have pictures of ideas for her to do my nails as if that was some unspoken requirement then turns around and says she loves being creative. The first time I came here I had a male and showed him a design and he immediately was frustrated and impatient with finding the colors I wanted so I thought maybe they like to be more creative but it seems like just being a customer is taking up too much time for them. I love getting my nails done and it’s usually a fun, creative, relaxing experience but after two very stressful and uncomfortable experiences at Ombré I will take my business elsewhere due to the slack, messy work and poor customer service.

Everyone’s experience is going to be determined on their nail tech just like any other nail salon of course. The salon itself is nice. They have a drink bar from what I could tell, the atmosphere is nice, and the area is clean. The woman who greeted me was exceedingly pleasant to be around, a very good sales woman lol.

Went here back in May and was the very first nail salon I went to and fell in love didnt have to wait long and the nail tech was very professional and my nails lasted a long time especially since I work at a printing warehouse I recommend this place and am planning on going back

Wish I would have gotten the techs name only so I could make sure to not have her again. The first polish was dry and sticky. Asked if she had another bottle that wasn’t dry because the polish was clumped. Shrugged off my request and said she will “make it look better, just hold on.” The end result is still uneven polish and some aren’t even completely polished. Usually I have a good experience here. I guess it was just an off day, but I will think twice before returning.
