I got my nails done 6/1/22 loved it. I love how clean and organize they have their establishment I brought my daughter to test them out before prom and she loved her nails here I add a picture for my experience today and with the experience my daughter had in May 21 on her prom the pictures give testimony of the wonderful job they do.

I came in for a refill and was charged $58 my nails were rushed because the salon was closing. Never gave me a chance to pick a color because I had “ powder “ which is basically a nude acrylic. I was never once advised that they would be using “powder” instead of gel polish which is why I paid $58 for a refill. They claimed it’s because that’s what I originally had, however Nancy did my full set the first time and never advised me that I was getting “powder” and I was able to pick a color and design that time. I’ve been coming here for a long time and I’m so disappointed in the service today!! And even when I questioned the price the gentleman at the front desk was very rude and advised me that he actually should have charged me more for a REFILL! I won’t be coming back nor will I bring my family in anymore. This new ownership is deceiving and lacks customer service.

Worse place ever. everything looks very unsanitary. If you pay close attention to the nail buffers and the nail files, they are reusing these after every each person when these things should be thrown away and a new one should be used for every new client. The lady doing my nails cut me as she was using the nail bit file and continued to work with all the unsanitary tools and didn’t bother cleaning my small injury next to my nail; she did not throw away the nail buffer that was in contact with my cuticle cut. My nails look like a 10 year old did them as well. The acrylic powder looks very odd as well and wouldn’t be surprised if it’s toxic nail-bed monomer. Save ur money and go to a better place :/
