This place have got to be the WORST place on planet earth!!! First time being there, I arrive an hour before closing time and asked ahead of time if they could do my neice nails who needed her current nails taken off and a new full set. They said yes and we proceeded. They began removing the nails by sliding another a fake nail underneath which I know that’s how they remove them but her nails were only 2 weeks old, which I told them and needed to be soaked to soften. They refused to soak them and she was in pain with them forcefully trying to rip them off. 2 others came to “help”, only by doing the SAME thing that was hurting her in the first place. They claim to be rushing for time, which again, AN HOUR before closing and they refused to soak them not even for 5 minutes. 3 other workers were standing around looking, like it was a show, and they were laughing saying oh it doesn’t hurt, when clearly my niece was screaming in pain. After so much of her being in pain and no one finding solutions to remove the nails as they’re the professionals, we LEFT!! I would’ve appreciated the honesty of not wanting to do it because you’re ready to go home but to hurt your client was it for me.
