I’ve been to Omaze 4 times (but been getting them done for years). Never had an issue with my gel polish peeling off after just three days until this last appointment! The lady who did them, definitely rushed them. She did not apply the clear gel coat before the polish. And each layer of polish she only let cure for 30 seconds max. They were sticky when I left. I questioned her a couple of times but she said it was fine. Good thing I’m moving, because I would not let her touch my nails again. What a waste of money.

I have been going to Omaze Nails for a few months now and I always see Chi. She does an amazing job on my nails every time!! I get so many compliments on my nails. I do the sns dip on my natural nails. I highly recommend this place. They are nice, it’s clean and they will do exactly what you want. If they are busy they work very hard to get you in as quickly as possible.

Edit: first time was five stars. Three times since, between 1-3 stars. Last time in was the last time I’ll ever be back there. They waxed half of one of my eyebrows off! Thankful that after two months it grew back. Nails were uneven when we got the dip, and the massages were terrible and short after the first time. Really wanted this to be our go to salon. Leaving the first review attached, as it really was a wonderful experience the first out of four total trips.

This is the 3rd time I got SNS in this salon, with 3 different people. First time was good. Second time I picked a light blue color and the clear coat left a light brownish color that looked horrible, plus the girl didn’t say 2 words. Third time my nails started chipping after 4 days. I have a desk job and wear gloves when I clean, so it wasn’t from doing anything crazy. Not sure if anyone else has had problems, but I won’t be going back a 4th time.

My first review I gave was 5 stars but this experience was nothing like that. I had Mimi which I thought she was one of the best. I felt she was very distracted the whole time and was looking around and talking. There are nail salons almost on every corner, I paid $50 for SNS nails and tipped her but what a waste. The pinky nail is matte and the rest are still shiny. The shape and thickness was terrible. I was super disappointed
