Critical: Quality, ValueI have been coming here for a few months , never had a problem, today I went and the girl I normally use was busy so I was seen by someone else who proceeded to destroy my right eyebrow. She didn’t get all the hairs in the middle and somehow managed to make my eyebrows so uneven. It’s truly embarrassing. I won’t be able to do anything with my eyebrows for a few months until the right one grows back. I have been coming here for a few months , never had a problem, today I went and the girl I normally use was busy so I was seen by someone else who proceeded to destroy my right eyebrow. She didn’t get all the hairs in the middle and somehow managed to make my eyebrows so uneven. It’s truly embarrassing. I won’t be able to do anything with my eyebrows for a few months until the right one grows back. I didn’t want to be mean but I’ll never be going back here.

Positive: ValueI went to take advantage of $5 eyebrow threading from a post I saw on FB. The place is small but clean and she was always making sure her hands were sanitized and cleaned the chair before and after I left. I ended up doing the eyebrow treading and tint, I loved it. She listened to what exactly I wanted, I like the natural look and even with the eyebrow tint she made sure it had that natural look I go for. I would go back! I went to take advantage of $5 eyebrow threading from a post I saw on FB. The place is small but clean and she was always making sure her hands were sanitized and cleaned the chair before and after I left. I ended up doing the eyebrow treading and tint, I loved it. She listened to what exactly I wanted, I like the natural look and even with the eyebrow tint she made sure it had that natural look I go for. I would go back! She was so kind.

Critical: ValueI usually do my waxing with dimple . Today 5/5 I Had another lady poor work. I got facial and she didn’t extract black head. When I asked why ?she said I don’t want to press !! So why I’m getting facial then?? All she did was scraping and scraping. Now my face is irritated and red.I also got Brazilian wax worst experience ever. Critical: Professionalism, QualityHonestly the lady was nice but like the work done was AWFUL. I wanted to tell her how I wanted it and she cut me off and was like “don’t worry I know what I am doing- I have done this 20 years.” This lady messed up SO bad one is thicker from the other. I had been growing it in for so long and now it’s so messed. I even got a lash lift (I have gotten it done several times other places) and like she got some the chemicals in my eye …. That burned. She did a good job but it was SO painful. And not sure if she really did things on time Bc she was on the phone the whole time. I will never be returning ever again.
