I went to get my eye brows done and I was turned away at 7:30pm. The worker or owner stated that they were close and they stop taking customers at 7:20pm but they close at 8pm. I stated that it does not say that on their website and she was just like when they get done with the three customers they had it will be 8pm. They only got the one star so that I can write a review. I will never return this eye brows shop again.

I honestly wish I could give more than 5 stars because they deserve it. I have tricky eyebrows and they get them perfect every time. I seriously can’t recommend them enough. NO ONE else has EVER gotten my eyebrows so perfect and consistently perfect at that. No matter how long I go between visits I never leave unsatisfied. Look at this before and after?!? She works miracles, you can’t change my mind

Sign said open at 11 on Sunday. They were not. Came back later. Once in, the lady who did my eyebrows was awesome; quick, thorough and professional. My only complaint was that hours of operation on the sign did not match the reality of what was. My advice is to confirm that the place is really open. Call ahead. Other than that: love what they do and how they do it.

I walk in the door and nobody spoke…mind you this was my first time ever visiting this establishment…I should have left then. My lashes were not as I asked them to be. I said I wanted natural and I believe I was given clusters. There was glue up above my lash line. The lashes were applied to my lash line and not in between my lashes. And, to think I drove twenty minutes or more from my home to visit them to be disappointed. I will never return.
