I used to love this place before the pandemic and would drive 40 minutes just to go. I loved this place, especially for their wet room with the ice bath. Great for muscle recovery.

VERY clean. Receptionists were quite helpful explaining how things work, etc. I had the Nirvana Hot Stone along w/ extra reflexology and it was pure bliss. The steam rooms were steamy and hot tub, hot…..the cold room could have been a bit colder — 61* isn’t exactly “cold”. Only down side is how expensive it all is. Yes, you can ” join/become a member,” but regardless, I still don’t have $300+ each time I want to pamper myself. This visit was from a friend knowing how badly I needed some pampering. I’ll definitely come back when I have extra $$ to do so.

This place is amazing. First time and will absolutely be back. The amenities are great and the service providers are great. The only thing I would prefer is to enforce a stricter no phone policy or have a specific designated area for phone use.

I have been to Olympic Day Spa for years. Since Covid, they closed their restaurant, which was a big disappointment. They also converted their Mugwort bath to a saltwater bath, which is really just plain water. My swimming pool at home has more salt than this small tub has, so it’s really not a saltwater bath. But the alarming thing is that since Covid, they increased their prices dramatically, and now they are demanding a required 20% gratuity for all therapists. I visited last week with my daughter, and both of us received 85 minute massages that were not up to par. My daughter’s therapist didn’t touch her feet, and my therapist didn’t spend the extra time on my neck that I requested, twice. She basically just stuck to her standard 85 minute full body routine she’s accustomed to providing, and didn’t take my request into consideration at all. Min, the front desk manager, insisted that I still pay a 20% gratuity to each therapist, which would have been $64.00! When I told Min that a 20% gratuity wasn’t warranted, and I wanted to give a smaller gratuity (which as far as I’m concerned should always be the CUSTOMER’S discretion how much to tip), Min told me that I would “never be allowed to come back to the spa again”. As I said, I’ve been going to Olympic Spa for years and Min has always been unfriendly and condescending to all the guests, but this was above and beyond the usual bad customer service I’ve received from her. Front desk staff (especially at a spa) should be warm, welcoming, friendly and provide good customer service. Min is rude and condescending. My friends who have gone here for years, have also had similar experiences with Min and hate having to deal with her. She really ruins the happy relaxing vibe you should leave with, when you have to deal with her at the end of the experience. But seriously, BANNING me from returning because I refuse to be forced to give a huge tip for subpar service?

I love this place. Got the milk and honey spa with my bestie. 85 minutes of pure bliss. They clean you from the rootie to the tootie and a facial to boot. Love it.

This is not a regular day spa anymore – you are required to either book a treatment or buy a membership that starts at $400 / month. Prices for treatments look kinda beyond with a 20% gratuity now necessary as well.

Amazing cosy place. It was USD48 for a to and fro uber ride from the airport but it was nice. The massage was so so but the scrub is really good. Probably will skip the massage the next time. Food was average. Would have preferred if there was an egg in my soup 🙂

Great scrub and massage! And the steam sauna was perfect — full of steam and no hot drops from condensation.
