Worst manicure experience of my life. FIVE of my cuticles are currently bleeding from the terrible experience I had yesterday. Like another reviewer said, they barely waited for my old gel polish to soak and then immediately scraped my nails with a cuticle pusher and filed them down to a crisp with a drill. While drilling, the technician cut multiple fingers to the point they were bleeding. My fingers literally felt hot because the drill had filed my nails down so much. Despite the aggressive approach, patches of my old gel were STILL visible. Nevertheless, the technician starts painting gel on top. It looked atrocious so I asked her stop because I didn’t want to continue. Then she files my nails down again and charges me $33 claiming my old gel was “hard gel” thus it was an extra charge for removal and since she removed my cuticles I had to pay the price of a manicure. I felt compelled to write this review because I am in actual pain right now from how thin my nails. Please, do not go to this salon. It is not safe.

Wow if you want a 10/10 set of acrylics, TRACY is freaking amazing!!! Probably the best set I’ve ever gotten. Her attention to detail is insane and she really takes her time to make it perfect. This place isn’t fancy of chic but if you want a damn good manicure go to Tracy.

Did a wonderful job on my nails. I got powder and she removed my acrylics, and did a really nice job. I only wish they had massage chairs, but I’ll certainly be going back.
