The owner gets in a mad and seems to hate American woman. She starts to braid your hair super tight and comb your afro out like she is angry. She knows how to be gentle when she wants to. It is the only reason I was going to her. She will never put that negative energy in my hair ever again. Your work is not that amazing that I can’t find another stylist.

I don’t understand why I scheduled an appointment just to walk in, sit down on these dirty, dusty chairs just to wait for an hour and still not have no one do my hair. I walked in at my appt time, waited an hour and got something to eat, just to come back and wait another 20 mins and still no braids. The people at this shop were too busy talking to people on their phones instead of doing hair. Will not be back

Critical: ProfessionalismOMG! I should have known better! Went in Monday on my lunch break to inquire about making an appointment. I don’t get off until 5, so I made sure to ask for a late appointment. Like I said, I should have known better because Sis never stopped what she was doing to even ask me my name, let alone put me in an appointment book. Just told me to come back today (Thursday). I go back today (Thursday), hair in hand and tell Sis I’m here to have crochet locs done and she replies NOT TODAY! Asks me if I can come back tomorrow. NO I can’t!! Proceeds to tell me that if I have something else to do, go do it and come back in 2.5 hours and they’ll “fit” me in! No ma’am you won’t “fit” me anywhere!! Mind you, Sis got about 5 people sitting in the shop waiting to be serviced. The something else I had to do was get my hair done today!!
