Two weeks ago, I stopped by when I happened to be in the area, between appointments and badly in need of a haircut!

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueSuch an amazing place. So clean, so friendly, and a wonderful environment. Nicole did my haircut and she did such a great job. She made sure to understand what I wanted and she did it perfectly. Very happy with my choice in a salon.Service: Hairstyling

Critical: Quality, ValueJust left the salon after 7 hrs. I’m very unhappy with how my hair turned out. If I could attach photos of what I wanted vs what I got, I would. You can see the pics I POSTED IN A NEGATIVE REVIEW ON FB by going to the FB page for this salon. My hair is fried and it now feels and looks like a straw broom. I’m gonna have to give it a rest for a bit and then dye it back to a level 5 brunette (my natural color) with supplies from Sally’s and probably cut 6 or so inches off. There are a few spotty areas where it looks like not enough bleach was applied and a really blonde area in the back that is much lighter than the rest of my hair. My hair was very healthy before this session. What I’m most upset about is that if the stylist couldn’t reproduce the look I wanted, then simply telling me she couldn’t do it would’ve been preferable to what I ended up with.
