I was very excited to get a massage and wish I was leaving a more positive review. My appointment time was for 12 pm. I arrived 10 minutes early. While waiting the office manager never checked me in and I had to interrupt to ask if I needed to fill out any paperwork. At about 12:10 she lets me know the massage therapist “typically runs late.” Gregory arrived at about 12:25 and we didn’t get started until after 12:30. He then thanked me for “getting here early.” I could have forgiven all of this except that the massage was unlike any I’ve ever had. He talked almost the entire time and never once actually rubbed me. He was slightly painful the entire time and his method of massaging was to pinch my skin and muscles the entire duration. I would not recommend if you are looking for professionalism or a relaxing experience.
