Critical: QualityJocelyn did a terrible job on my sisters hair, their prices for the services are way expensive especially for the quality that you receive. They also refuse to give a full refund even tho the owner has stated that she would receive 100% back. She was charged $253 for a full highlight that turned into a color correction after Jocelyn had taken her roots way too light and admitted that she messed up and needed to do a root smudge to fix her mistake. A few days later my sister comes to my salon for a haircut and the color is so splotchy, and has raccoon stripes throughout her hair, and her roots were clearly way too light. I ended up fixing the color myself and contacted the salon. The owner was very nice but had claimed that this was not the first color issue she has had with this stylist. When receiving messages from Jocelyn my sister was only going to receive her 20% tip back that was only $40. I’m sorry but that is ridiculous. Now they are only offering to give $78 back and want to charge her for all the product used, and the time spent which was only 4 hrs.
