The last time I went, my mom and I had an 11 appt for 2 spa pedicures, but had to stand and wait for about a half hour before we were able to be seated in a chair. There is a menu you select your bundle of luxury services from, but none of the bundles have the options I like, so they kinda make up a bundle but the price is never the same. The staff is mostly nice, but I don’t recommend Cindy if you need to have ingrown toenails taken care of. I left in more pain than I had when I walked in.

I used to really enjoy coming here for my gel Mani Pedi‘s, but now they are really pushing the bio gel which is way more expensive and doesn’t even include manicure. They have also stopped using the primer for my gel nails which prevents chipping and helps the color last longer. When I asked why they stopped they just say it’s because bio gel is better….in my experience, when the primer is used they are equal in strength and duration. Just disappointed. I’ll have to find a new place that is ok with doing regular gel manicures which I have been doing for 20 years without any problem.

My younger sister went to get her nails and one of the younger guys working there was rude and belittling. He made her cuticles bleed and charged her over $100 for a simple design. Please go with your teenage kids because clearly here they do not care and will take advantage of them. I hope this establishment takes the proper steps in ensuring their nail tech never does this to another young woman again. Either go somewhere else or stay away from the younger gentleman and get any of the other ladies. Super disappointing and upset. If the owner or someone could contact me to remedy this I would appreciate that courtesy and professionalism.

I got a spa pedicure and a dip powder manicure. Service was fast and reasonably priced, however I left with color all over my fingers and powder under my nails, which has not been the case at other salons. Really wish they would have cleaned up my nails a little bit, but overall they turned out pretty good.

I’m not a big Yelper but the people at Olivia’s Nail salon went so far above and beyond the call of duty this weekend I can’t stop singing their praises to anyone who will listen. My daughter’s Girl Scout troop worked really hard selling cookies this year and earned a decent amount of money for our troop. The girls voted several months ago to donate half of their earnings to an animal shelter and spend the other half on an end-of-the-year spa party for themselves. We hired a company to come to my house and provide a whole over-the-top spa experience for the girls. Long story not so short, the company called 20 minutes after they were supposed to be here and said they weren’t coming (which is a whole other Yelp review). We were left with 11 SEVEN AND EIGHT year olds all standing around waiting for the party and absolutely no backup plan. One of the other moms called Olivia’s and they told us to come right away and they would be able to accommodate us. I was skeptical because we had a lot of girls, it was in the middle of the day on a Saturday and I assumed it was going to be a lot of waiting around and trying to keep the girls under control while they waited for their turn or waited for their friends to be done or whatever. Our experience was nothing short of phenomenal. They were able to take all the girls at one time, with each girl getting their own chair. The logistics were perfect and the girls were so happy. But above everything else what impressed me the most, and what I continue to think about two days later, is how every employee was SO KIND and ACCOMMODATING and PATIENT and FRIENDLY. We basically took over the store and each girl had a multitude of requests with lots of different colors and designs on their nails. Every request was met, each time with a smile. They even gave the girls juice and gave the parents water.
