Made an appointment over the phone and asked for a curly hair specialist to cut and color my hair. I asked for a deva cut and balayage color. Over the phone I was quoted about 200. When I arrived I showed the stylist a picture of the hair color I’d like and she said ok. She started putting foil all over my head which confused me because I asked for balayage which are colored tips similar to ombré effect. I haven’t had my hair done in along time and I wasn’t about to tell the stylist how to do her job. Then when conditioning my hair she asked if I wanted a deep conditioner for $15 I said fine and she washes my hair out at no point did she leave conditioner in my hair. When I say back in the chair I said these are highlights not balayage and she just said no. She insisted on blowing my hair out to show me the color. I honestly shouldn’t have even paid. She charged me 305 way over the phone quote and I still tipped. The cut itself is terrible as well not the deva cut I asked for just layers that don’t blend into each other. I tried to call the owner because I didn’t want to argue with the stylist but she wasn’t there when I called. I’m not sure how they can even fix this I don’t want anyone else touching my hair. The stylist didn’t even consult with about how I wear my hair on a daily basis or how I part it. Not professional at all. Not worth the money especially for people with curly hair find a real specialist.

I’m glad I accidentally ran into this place… 2 years later I’m still going and am not looking to move at all. I tried all the wonderful hairdressers. They are all good. Buy I have to give props to Norma and Marcela. They are my go-to girls.

My wife went there for hair dye for the first time. They absolutely made a terrible job and yet they asked more price than they told her before. I have doubt that they know how to dye hair. They even did not accept the fault and blamed her for having bad hair conditions. When she said that she did not like the color they said she needed to wait 2 weeks to fix. In the end she left there crying. I took her another place and got it fixed right away. I strongly and sincerely suggest not to go this place ever.

Ive been coming here for two years, and always walk out with a wonderful cut! Every stylist is wonderful- they listen to what you want, and ask questions throughout the cut ro make sure you are getting what you want. Prices are very reasonable, and even without an appointment, the wait times tend to be short.
