This was my first time getting faux locs. Olive arrived 20 minutes due to have a second degree burn on her chest . I suggested we reschedule and she declined. My hair is very short and she charged me 235 when she initially said 200 if I had short hair. It took 5 hours to finish my hair. My real hair can be seen in more then half the locs. I tried to put my hair up in a bun and an entire loc fell out. I went back and she fixed it. Olive is a very kind women and maybe she had an off day but the results are not worth the time and money I spend. I am disappointed.

I have been taking my daughter here, continuously, for the past 4 years, and the service has been professional and personable, throughout this time.
