As a first time visit to this salon, I had no clue how long to tan with these machines. I bought a package and got fried Tried to get a refund and the manager said that the audio recording said that I asked for 12 minutes. That’s not exactly what was said. Told the gal it was my first time, I tan easy but don’t know these machines. When she suggested 12 minutes, I said sure. What do I know? I know I won’t spend money there again. Their staff should be trained. The gal working the counter when I asked for the refund on the remaining sessions was shocked that I was put into the tamer for 12 minutes.

Very welcoming and fun place! I had not been here before and I don’t tan very often but I needed help getting the best package for an upcoming vacation. The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful and walked me through the packages, lotions, and took me back to the beds to show me how they worked. It was a great experience and was the cleanest tanning salon I’ve even been to.

UPDATE: I recently decided that I was going to give this business a second chance as I really believe in supporting small business and heard from others that they had very positive experiences. Since returning, I have purchased a 6-tan package and have had a very positive experience with every individual at the front desk. They’ve been helpful, kind, and welcoming. I am going to hopefully try some other services soon as I have been very impressed so far. Lesson learned – don’t judge based on one employee’s poor behavior. Changing my review from a 2-star to a 4-star!

I love tanning here! The best tanning beds I’ve used anywhere. When I walk in, I always feel welcome and love the relaxed atmosphere, very clean place and beds.The staff is always friendly. Been tanning and getting hair done here for 8 years. The owners and staff are always kind, keep there beds and salon very clean, and I can always get in right away. The staff are always very nice as well.This is a great place to go and get your tan on Tammy C.

I recently came to tan at this facility and was given the worst customer service I’ve ever received at a tanning facility. The attendant was extremely rude the entire time I was checking in just because I was going to redeem a promo. It started as passive aggressive sighs, then continued with comments on how she is going to be late for her other job, how they aren’t going to be happy that she is going to be clocked in late, how she didn’t have time for this, and that the beds aren’t cleaned so it’s going to take longer. She then proceeded to tell me and other customer, that we wouldn’t be allowed to tan the entire time because we came in too late..
