I have always enjoyed the atmosphere and professionalism of this business. Unfortunately, the service has become so poor that after making three appointments with Michelle and waiting anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour — they no longer value me as a customer. Today, I came for my appointment and was told 15 minutes later that they were behind and another client was waiting for Michelle. Another nail technician asked me if I wanted to come back or be serviced by someone else. I politely got up and left. People treat you the way you allow them too. So I will not return again.

I will NEVER patronize this establishment. I requested the $50 pedicure. My nails were clipped, cuticles trimmed and buffed, and then the callus removal with NO Product use, just water… No lotion, soap, or callus softner. When I complained and advised there was no product used, I was asked to leave as I was disrespectful to the nail tech. The manager just believed the nail tech over me. I wiped my feet with my hand in front of manager and came back with no product. NEVER AGAIN.

I came in on a a Sunday. There was barely any customers but several nail techs sitting in service area which you can see from the register. I stood at the counter for 10 minutes and no one never got up and greeted me nor came to ask how May I help you. When I walked in they all looked up at me but no one came to speak nor ask how May I help you. I stood there for about 10 minutes before I decided to just walk out. I have come here many times, I consider myself a regular. But I will not be returning. This was just rude! I always refer people to them although it hasn’t always been the best customer service but this was just down right rude! I love their work but they should work on being a lot more personable and welcoming!

I like the place, but they talk too much and too loud. I wish they would have some respect to their customers since it is a place you go for relaxing too…I almost got up and left in the middle of my pedicure because It was getting on my nerves the way they were talking.

Salon is nice, great chairs. I chose the reflexology pedicure, however it was not an actual reflexology service, just extra massage time. The tech fiddled around w another customer and 2 other techs during my timed massage so I feel like I didn’t receive the complete or proper service described. Products are very nice though. Then she polished but didn’t use a base coat and only one coat of color.

Will not ever be going back. I was charged 130$ for what they told me my nails were 62$ & I picked the 27$ pedicure. My nails are uneven, clumpy, not at all the same size. I was very nice & patient with them. I am willing to pay a lot of money for good quality nails but this was just a scam & im very disappointed. I asked for gems on my nails & apparently the charged me 50 extra dollars for that?! For that price I’m expecting real diamonds then! My toe nail polish is already chipping & I got them done yesterday. I don’t recommend this place to anyone. I inserted pictures. I also believe my finger is now infected somehow

Been going to this place since day one. LOVE Jennifer! Unfortunately today we were charged $70 each for pedicures! Especially in these times not sure if we will return. I wish they would have at least given us advanced notice of the change in price. I feel bad for the nail techs because i feel the owner’s decision to increase prices will result in lost clients

Was just ok. Was annoyed that owner or manager was walking around without a mask for the longest time. The she did my daughters nails and was FaceTiming on her phone no gloves, and kept getting up every few minutes during my daughters service. (Unprofessional) The lady who was doing my toes was good, but then owner rushed her off since they were getting busy while she finished painting on toes quickly ,( didn’t wash her hands before and wore no gloves) 1st and last time. Sorry tried a new place didn’t like it.

I do not like to leave bad reviews, however I felt my story should be shared. I have been going to this place for over 2 years. This place is clean and I thought I found a nail technician for life. Rita would take care of my nails and feet and did the best job ever..Hands down. I start noticing how when it was time for my appointment I had to wait sometimes up to 30 minutes. This is with an appointment I made days before. So I wrote a review about my concern. The next time I had an appointment I asked the manager may I speak with her. We spoke and she expressed I should have spoke with her before I made the review. I do agree, I should have, however I did not. She could not understand why I felt the way I felt at that time I felt they did not appreciate my business. Granted, there are not that many African Americans who patronize the shop. I noticed how when other races had appointments there was no wait time as I set there waiting to be seen. So I said I will give them another chance. When I tried to get an appointment with Rita she was always unavailable after the review I wrote so I went to another tech. This past Saturday is what made me right this long review. I called to make an appointment with Rita just to see what would happen. The male answered and set my appointment for that day. I get a call within 15 minutes stating Rita is busy. So when do nail technicians deny service to customers. I can not assume anything , but is this okay with the company. I can truly say that it is evident that other races are treated better than African Americans. I always felt this way but last Saturday proved me right and I will not return. I advise other African Americans to spend their money where it is appreciated.
