Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueSo I found this a place on Groupon and bought the laser hair removal for my underarms! I had never done laser before so I was scared but It was so worth it! Before starting, I would find my self shaving often, every couple days. 5 sessions later, and I’m shaving only once a week! Or right before my appointment. I definitely recommend!! Stella is the best and the staff is always so nice at accommodating me on scheduling my next appointments. I highly recommend for anyone looking for a laser place. Not to mention, I have noticed my underarms looking so much lighter from my 5 sessions ( once every 4 weeks) LOVE IT! LOVE IT! So I found this a place on Groupon and bought the laser hair removal for my underarms! I had never done laser before so I was scared but It was so worth it! Before starting, I would find my self shaving often, every couple days. 5 sessions later, and I’m shaving only once a week! Or right before my appointment. I definitely recommend!! Positive: QualityI just recently started taking care of my skin and I wanted to try out a facial for the first time and get some work done on my forehead and let me just tell you, they blew me away! Christina the esthetician here made sure to give me the most relaxing and amazing facial! My face is seriously GLOWING! And Stella did amazing work as well, I feel brand new! Everyone was so friendly and helpful! I just recently started taking care of my skin and I wanted to try out a facial for the first time and get some work done on my forehead and let me just tell you, they blew me away! Christina the esthetician here made sure to give me the most relaxing and amazing facial! My face is seriously GLOWING! And Stella did amazing work as well, I feel brand new! That had never happened to me before. Never. Despite that, Stella was very gracious and tried to make it right. That bought them a second try. I made another appointment. Two actually, for two different services. Weeks later I had to reschedule one, so I called back and asked to move one of the appointments up a day. Sara, who was terse, rude and came off pretty gruff and low class said that despite the appointments being on the books already that they were not taking new appointments. That sealed their fate. I just got done with my first visit with them and everyone is so nice and welcoming. Stella spent so much time explaining everything, including anatomy and muscle function. She made sure I was very comfortable. She looks at yourself face like a scientist and knows exactly what to do. Nothing about the visit felt rushed, they really take their time to make sure all of your questions are answered. Stella spent so much time explaining everything, including anatomy and muscle function. She made sure I was very comfortable. She looks at yourself face like a scientist and knows exactly what to do.
