im so devastated i cant even explain the hurt and dissapointment i feel with the wayy they cut my hairr i asked for an over the shoulder haircut with long layers no bangs which she did get the over the shoulder but its not cut straight and the layers the lady made me are abovee my nosee right by my eye not only that it was such a choppy haircutt front and back … at the front of the facee she was cutting downwards which made some type of bangs i never asked forr ….an overall horrible experiencee short haircuts are not her specialty ill suggest to ask for the owner for anything you wanna get donee that would be the last time i would be goingg to that placee she should feel embarrassed for having a license and not knowing how to do a simple straight cut and layers it honestly looks like i did it myself just waisted time and money and to top it off i have to look for a REAL hair stylist that can do hair extensions to blend it with my choppy hair

I just went today. I’m so upset. I made the very difficult decision to cut my LONG hair. I wanted a long bob. I showed Mary the pictures and she said she could do it. At the end, I was unsure because it did not look right. She said it was because it was wet and that I should go ahead and pay to get it styled.no thank you, I can do that myself. When I got home and flat-ironed my hair, I realized how bad she cut my hair. This is not at all like a bob. The front is botched, the back is uneven and choppy. Looks worse than Lord Farquaad’s from Shrek. Seriously. I’m so upset. I called to let her know she messed up, she told me to go back, and that’s why I should’ve had her style it.

I’m very disappointed. On Saturday May 19, 2018 I decided to go to this establishment to dye my hair and get a trim. Upon arrival, I was greeted kindly and was ask about what I wanted. I told her I wanted to dye my hair light brown. She said it would be a wait. I noticed then how busy the salon was and told them it was fine. After all I didn’t have an appointment, so I didn’t mind. After an hour or so, this lady came up to me and ask me what I wanted. I showed her a picture and told her that I didn’t want to bleach my hair. She then showed me the book of colors and pointed to one. I wasn’t sure if it would look like the picture I had shown her but I agree with her since I don’t know. She then pursued to dye my hair. After, she was done she told me to wait in the couch. She never told me for how long she just told me to wait. She then moved on to another customer. An hour passed and she still hadn’t call me. I let 20 more minutes pass and then decided it was to long. To my knowledge you shouldn’t leave the dye for to long. When I went to ask the assured me it was okay. I was upset by this time. I didn’t mean to be rude but under the circumstances I had a reason to be upset. I had also ask for a trim and she didn’t even ask if I like it. The end results where not what I wanted. I am very upset of how dry my hair feels. Usually when I dye and cut it feels healthier but this time I was left with disappointed. This is just my experience but I wanted to share so maybe next time they can communicate better with the customer.

I am very displeased with The service I received. I went for a trim on 2/25/17. What i got was a very short haircut and razor burn on the back. I was charged $25 for it. I even left the guy a 5 dollar tip Will not be coming back. Maybe they are not used to cutting womens short hair but for the price and the haircut i received I expected better quality I have the photos to prove it…
