Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism1st time here. Made appointment 3 hours before. My daughter had acrylic nails and I had pedicure. Did not realize they are cash only but Patty gave me other electronic options to pay which was nice. Service was fine.. they were busy with limited staff so appt is recommended. The nail tech burned me with the drill a few times. I didn’t like how I booked an appointment and left 3 hours later. Nail techs will just quote you false time just so you can wait around. On a positive note my gel set has lasted for over a week.

Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityI spent about 2 hours here (unintentionally) all for a pedicure and gel manicure. During these two hours I saw about 5 different people walk out. If you are busy and cannot handle more customers, do not keep telling people you can take them. I’d rather know and you be honest with me then waste my time. The lack of communication was also very frustrating. I understand it is a busy weekend and a Friday but when you have appointments and people are still waiting over 30 mins to be seen it is unacceptable. I sat with my feet soaking in the chair for about 30 mins waiting until someone was available. I spent about 2 hours here (unintentionally) all for a pedicure and gel manicure. During these two hours I saw about 5 different people walk out. If you are busy and cannot handle more customers, do not keep telling people you can take them. I’d rather know and you be honest with me then waste my time. First and last time trying this place. Was told there’s a “10-15min wait” when I walked in, if I had waited for that woman to be done I would’ve only been seated an hour later. I was seen by someone else who was so incredibly slow, ended up being there for over 2 hours for just a regular mani/pedi, not even gel or acrylic and was not the neatest job anyway. Don’t bother going.

This is a very nice and clean new nail salon. Brenda, who did my pedicure, was very friendly and did a great job. Unfortunately, this place is a bit more expensive than my usual nail spot, which is why I couldn’t give the full five stars. But I will be back!
