I had my mother take my daughter to go get her done at this establishment. I am appalled with the service they received. They where talking about my 11 year old daughter right in front of her and my mothers face. They assumed that they didn’t understand Spanish. This is extremely rude and very unprofessional. I get my hair done on a regular basis and they also are overcharging people. How dare you demand a service that wasn’t requested. Olga, must not be doing very well financially. I will not refer anyone here EVER! The only reason Olga, is still in business is because most of the Dominican salons in New Rochelle closed down during the pandemic. I have had way better service at other places with excellent customer service.

If you have natural hair, do not step foot in this salon. The stylist went over my hair on hi heat several times, and my hair is bone straight just with a roller set. I went home put water on my hair and my natural curls are limp my hair is severally heat damaged. If I had the time and money I’d try to sue. Blowouts, Shampoo & conditioning

Solid spot. Called a few hours in advance a few days prior to Christmas and I was given a time to pop in. I waited inside for about 40mins before I was able to be seen and then it took about 2H with wash, trim and set while the people continued fo stream in.

Place is nice. They have the humidyfying dryer which i LOVE! but the lady who did my root color … not happy with her service. She didn’t bother to put Vaseline on my face to protect me from getting perm tint on my skin. So i spent 3 days with a dark tone on my forehead and sides. The color she put in covered some of those annoying white hairs but not enough for the $85 she charged. She lacked attentiveness and detail. Don’t think I’ll go there again for color. It’s my 3rd time and first time I left disappointed and Ca$hed Out. I like the other 2 ladies who are always sweet and engaging. Overall a nice spot for the Regular wash, condition and rollers/blow out.

The lady at the first chair named Myra charged me $65.00 for wetting my hair, doing rollers and blowing it out. With no need to wash it because I had washed it the night before. Besides the fact that while I was in the dryer I jumped out of the seat due to roaches crawling out of the couch that me and two other ladies were sitting on. Once in her chair to get my hair blown out her and the lady that was working in the chair next to her were talking about a client that went to an atm and they thought wasn’t coming back, but did. They were extremely loud and rude!
