My son’s hair is hard to cut as he has several calliks. Finally, the professional barber here, I think his name is Dennison, took much time studying my son’s hair and calliks and cut his hair perfectly! I didn’t think it was possible. He even used a new straight razor blade. Most places don’t even use a blade anymore let alone a brand new one each customer. I won’t go elsewhere after my experience today.

Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityScheduled an appointment for my son at 11 with Dennison. When we showed up we said we had an appt and the guy there says 2 employees didn’t come in today….. Well a message would of been nice so I didn’t waste my time. No offer to try and fit him in or anything. This is the worst customer service I’ve seen in a long time!!! Unfortunately this isn’t the first time we’ve dealt with there horrible customer service. Another time my husband called to see if they had any appts and the only word said was NO then silence…. What company doesn’t even offer to see when there is an opening…. Should have never given them another shot! Clearly they are unprofessional with no respect for the customer!!!!
