I love this place! Gordon is wonderful. I’ve dealt with chin and lip hair my whole life. Waxing, bleaching, threading…ouch!!! Gordon makes the process of laser treatments very humanizing and easy. The appointments take 5 minutes and every session the hair gets lighter. It takes me 8 months to go through a 6 session package. It’s a truly excellent treatment for something that raises my spirits and how I feel about myself. I highly recommend Olenas for laser hair removal. Go and see Gordon!

I am so happy I found Olena’s. I get monthly lazer treatment on my facial hair and it’s gone. My face is smooth and I don’t even shave anymore. Gordon is so cool. He’s so friendly and professional. He gives me tons of advice and never tries to upcharge me. He knows how much the treatments mean to me. I will be seeing him for a long time. And I urge everyone to see him. His machine can take care of so many skin issues.

Went here to get laser hair removal. First few appointments were okay. This last one I had was awful. I canceled an appointment prior to this one and the man up front said i had “missed” it and not canceled it, and that there was going to be an extra charge for that . I explained that I did cancel it two days prior , that I left them voice mails and text messages because everytime I called them no one would pick up (multiple times I tried to reach them) . He processed to tell me how valuable his Saturday’s are and if im not showing up that I’m just wasting his time (which I understand), I once again told him that I had canceled that appointment and didn’t just not show. He kept just going on about if I kept “missing” Saturday appointments he won’t give me the option of Saturday’s in a rude manner … I was very disappointed with this interaction , he was very rude and unpleasant, there are other ways to get this type of information across to patients , and he did it very poorly, and I will not be returning (even though I paid my treatment in full in advance) .

I’ve been coming to oleanas spa since December of 2021. At first I was hesitant and I had so many questions. Gordon was so knowledgeable and answered all my questions and helped me to be prepared for my appointments in order to yield the best results possible. I have 1 appointment left for my upper lip and my hair barely if any grows there. I will be purchasing another package for my inconvenient hair. Clean and comfortable setting. 10/10 recommend.
