My first time going there very hyped from the reviews on Google and they did not disappoint at all! I got my hair cut by Bonnie! Super nice lady, very professional, asked me what I wanted and I’m not exaggerating when I tell you she did everything exactly how I wanted it and all in 20 minutes, keep in my hind my hair is long and I got a lot of curls!!!!! After 25 years with a barber that did a fantastic job in less than 30 minutes with just scissors and a comb, to say I was disappointed after spending 50 minutes in a chair here would be an understatement. The guy that cut my hair simply didn’t want to cut any hair, even after seeing a photo of what I looked like after a haircut and knowing it was almost 2 months since my last cut. Anyway, I’ll be trying somewhere else next time.

Ricky got me in on short notice on a Sunday afternoon. It’s the first time I have had a professional beard trim in over 2.5 years and I can honestly say it is one of the best trims I have ever received. I live in Washington D.C. and only make it home 1 to 2 times a year and will definitely make this a mandatory stop upon each of my returns. The cut was fast and efficient and exactly what I wanted. In addition it was about half of what I pay in DC. Thank you for a great cut Ricky.

I’ve been customer since they opened and since day one, they’ve been the only Barber shop I’ll go to. Dave Lopez is master at his craft. He always makes look and feel like a hunk. The atmosphere is always friendly and laid back. I walk out feeling 100% satisfied. Do yourself a favor if you want a good haircut or shave, go to Old Tradition’s.

I have gone to OT for many years, but as of late the experience is not the same. There is a total lack of conversation and warmth to the place now. The increase from 25-35 is not ridiculous considering inflation and pandemic, but the service is not the same. My barber didnt even use shaving cream on the back of my neck.. straight razor to skin. Thiis is the first time it felt rushed and that the quality of the barber is not where they should be for the price.
