Was not happy that I was switched from one stylist over to Patrica when I had just had my daughter. Patricia started doing my hair and at the time I had a VERY young nursing baby. Appointment took 4 hours. To cut down on time one time, I asked that she just leave my hair wet, so I could go nurse my baby. That then became the “norm” even though momma wanted a blow out, or I’d let her know I had time that appointment she would say “sorry I have an appointment right after yours” so I’d leave with wet hair for 3/4 appointments after, never getting the cut, blow out. And she also kept upping the price, each visit, until I basically wrote to her saying “Erin only charged me 120.00 each time” Patrica was JUST getting back into being at her own salon at the time, and kept charging me 100.00 each time. I’m bummed as she did a good job. Just super unprofessional… and leaving someone with sopping wet hair multiple times was sad for this new at the time momma.

Liz is a fantastic stylist. She listened and confirmed how I wanted like to manage my hair, and had good suggestions to subtly change the cut due to my hair not being as thick or wavy as the model in the picture. I was more satisfied than if she’d just done the cut without feedback. Thanks Liz!

I used to hate my curly hair, I didn’t know what to do with it. Then, I had my hair done by Patricia Gair. She is honestly an artist. My hair is now one of my favorite accessories. She is amazing, takes her time and makes you look and feel great. I personally will go no where else locally. If you have curly hair, stop, this is the place! If you have any style hair she can do the job, and do it the best. I highly recommend coming here if you are looking for a great cut and color.

Absolute Lifesaver! When my wedding plans fell apart the week before my wedding due to a car accident, Liz was able book me in last minute to get my hair and makeup done. When I walked in the lady asked me “May I help you?” in such a way that it was clear that what she actually meant was “Get the hell out of my store”. Even though they advertise “Walk-Ins Welcome”, she told me it was going to be a 45 minute wait. That’s not “Walk-Ins Welcome”, that’s “Make A Damn Appointment”. So I bopped down to the mall where it was all of a 5 minute wait. I only give “Old Town Hair Works” two stars because at least I’m sure they do cut hair there.
