Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityI had an appointment scheduled for almost a week to go get my haircut today and I show up and the door is locked, lights are off and the phone number goes straight to a recording. Then after finally reaching one of the owners she tells me she is terrible with appointments and thought she was done for the day and went home. When I told her that I have an appointment and asked if she would come back up to cut my hair she says sorry I just got home. Maybe you should work on organization and have a much better system for keeping appointments. I had an appointment scheduled for almost a week to go get my haircut today and I show up and the door is locked, lights are off and the phone number goes straight to a recording. Then after finally reaching one of the owners she tells me she is terrible with appointments and thought she was done for the day and went home.
