Critical: ProfessionalismWay too expensive for the quaily I was given. The artist cut my skin three times, did not take her time and snapped at me when i wanted my cuticles cut more evenly. Way too expensive for the quaily I was given. The artist cut my skin three times, did not take her time and snapped at me when i wanted my cuticles cut more evenly. I was very angry at the treatment I received in there and I will never be back. So rude! I should have read the reviews further because, other customers have had the same problem. I will never recommend this place…ever!

Critical: QualityIf zero stars was an option I would select that I have multiple cuts they only put clear polish on Half of one of nails they painted over a hair after me saying something multiple times my nails are all different lengths and I got charged 65 dollars for a full set of white acrylic nails when they said it would be 35 over the phone and I was literally there yesterday and my nail polish is chipping off and above all they told me NO REFUNDS so now I’ve paid 70 dollars with the tip for trash nails and these were for my baby shower!! The “professional” doing my nails sliced my pinky due to her paying more attention to her Co worker and speaking in their language with giggles. Her response after I pulled my hand away was a simple “you Ok?” I said no, that hurt. And she never said anything after that. The “professional” doing my nails sliced my pinky due to her paying more attention to her Co worker and speaking in their language with giggles.
