Critical: Punctuality, QualityI went to this place like I have been going to old line for a while. I usually go to the plaza location and today I thought I would try the downtown location. Appointment was at one p.m., and arrived at 12:52 p.m. I made the appointment with Josh, and had to wait almost 20 mins until he called me up. He was talking and taking a lot of time when there was no one else there I made an appointment at 1 PM. On top of it he is in a hurry to do a haircut with me, and finished it within 10 mins when the haircut appointment was for 30 mins. He did not deliver the quality I am use to from this barber shop. All of their barbers are top notch and today I was disappointed. He was in a hurry and is more interested in talking about other stuff besides my hair. Do not get me wrong, I do not mind talking while getting a haircut if it does not impair the quality of the haircut. Overall extremely disappointed in the haircut considering the high standard these guys always deliver. This place brings the art and craft back to Barbering. I’ve had many of their barbers cut my hair from both of their locations and have gotten equally quality service at a more than fair price. I travel 25 miles to get my hair cut here and have zero issue with it. Great people.

I went to Old Line for a simple buzz cut, which was reasonably priced and included a hot shave of the neck area. The shop was spotless. Chatted with one of the owners, and really enjoyed the down time, which is half the reason I prefer a barber to a self-cut. I will definitely be back!

What can I say, these guys are the best! I have been coming to Old Line Barbers since they opened, and every since time that I go in, I leave 100% satisfied with my haircut. Tim usually cuts my hair, and it is great because Tim could probably tell you more about what kind of style of haircut I get better than I could!
