Absolutely love getting my nails done by Ten. He always does exactly what I want. Sometimes I’ll just tell him the colors and let him freestyle. Usually very busy here. So I get an appointment first thing in the morning so I don’t have to wait. Highly recommend this place.

My first time here was honestly not a good experience… lumpy, misshapen nails and not at all what I wanted. But I think I just came in at a bad time and got someone who normally only does other services like pedicures. since this place is within walking distance I decided to try them out one more time, and I’m so happy I returned. The guy who works here, who I believe is the manager/owner, did the nicest looking set I have ever had in my life… incredibly beautiful and flawless, and he was very nice to me. Im SO HAPPY. This is what I expect for the price.

I came here immediately after I had a horrible experience at another salon and Olani took SUCH AMAZING CARE OF ME!! My wonderful lady took off my shellac manicure i just had done and did 100x better than what the first salon I went to did. I went to this place for a while but while working in Bellevue I did them elsewhere. I recently went back and alot has changed. a man was there saying he was the owner. I received a horrible job, the nails were hugely inconsistent in length and they were installed massively crooked. I asked him to fix them and he refused. He started insulting me in Vietnamese, I understand Vietnamese. I showed him the defects and he refused to fix them telling me he was giving my money back. What a waste of time. When Lynn was there it was great but this guy is really something else. I don’t recommend them at all. They’lle just waste your time.

I had my nails done and had to go back twice and still really bad work. The problems I had were they were crooked and all different lengths. I called them to go back and the same day one was delaminating. I went in and the male manager was telling me they only do good work, then was insulting me in Vietnamese. I understand vietnamese. Lynn is ok, very nice but the guy is horribly ignorant. When I pointed the issues out in from of the customers he became quiet and didnt want to fix them. I was refunded my money and i left. Without Lynn they are completely incapable of a good job. I wouldn’t use them.

I have been going to the nail salon for several years now. I used to really enjoy my experience. One of the nail technicians; Lynn, Has been out on maternity leave. During this time I have been partnering up with Ten. He does very nice work, but his artistic sense is lacking. When I have an idea or attempt to get an idea across via showing pictures or drawing what I want, I never get what I want. I get a watered down version of what I want. He’s not willing to take the time to do the artwork. Furthermore, I make appointments, I’m on time. I value my time. He’s always running 30 to 60 minutes late… Always! He takes walk-in clients prior to my appointment, and then he’s too busy finishing them up to get to me on time. He also overcharges me. For instance, if I come in for a fill; $28, and have Gel, the charge is $55.00. With a tip this equals 60+. Today is 3rd of July. Two weeks ago I asked for an appointment on 2nd of July, And was told that they were closed this weekend. On Friday the first, I called in and found out that that was not indeed true. I made an appointment for Sunday, 3rd July at 4 PM….. keep in mind that my nails truly need to fill at this point, and are lifting. 15 minutes before my appointment I get a phone call saying that Ten has left. After a short discussion it came out that he had been taking other clients and was running behind. So me… The person who tried to make an appointment two weeks ago and was told that they would not be open this weekend I am the one who gets canceled. Me… The overpaying client. I’m a very poor person and I cannot afford to overpay. I’m really tired of pretending that my patronage matters to this place… It obviously does not. There used to be a time not very long ago when customer service mattered, and reputation was everything. That time is no longer. Tomorrow is the Fourth of July and I have nails that are lifting. The next day I go back to work (and need to look professional) I honestly feel like I’ve just been slapped in the face. I miss Lynn. I miss her honesty, and her dedication to her business. I’m gone! There are many many nail salons in my area. I have several in the area of my work place as well. I am worth more than this. Please save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere!

Went there to get acrylic nails and the man who did my nails didn’t even paint the side or tip of my nails, he also did not put the nail down enough so you can see my actual nails. Very disappointing I spent 65 dollars for something like this. Acrylic nails
