I went to an African braiding shop and all my edges fell out…but NOT one time of coming here did they ever make my edges fall out. I just got my hair braided today and it’s beautiful as usual. This is about my fourth time coming here. I live an hour away but I don’t mind driving it to get it done right. They are fast and I love talking to them. This shop will always have my business. For me they are very reasonable. I had a shop charge me over 200 dollars for the same style I have now and she charged me lower than that. I highly recommend. I love love love going here. I love love love going here. This is the only shop I come to to get my hair braided. I went to an African braiding shop and all my edges fell out…but NOT one time of coming here did they ever make my edges fall out. I just got my hair braided today and it’s beautiful as usual. Monday morning my entire scalp was white from them twisting my hair until the roots where showing. Also by monday 2 locs had already come out. By the 2nd week 8 locs had either fallen out because no hair was left for it to hang on or it unraveled. I now have no edges and bald spots in my hair. I paid 250 for this style but cant wear ot how i want because of this. So i keep it pulled back in a ponytail. THE WORST PLACE EVER. Asked for Senegalese she said my child hair was natural and would not look right. She offered box braids I agreed. Horrible. 2 braids have came out already. Fatima was very unprofessional. She yelled at me and told me I was getting on her nerve when I asked that she fix my daughter’s “box braids”. I would never come again.

Fatima is a really good hair braider she’s quick she’s very thorough I love her work very nice people I don’t necessarily speak their language but they don’t make me feel uncomfortable they will use more English than their language and I really like that she played some of the coolest music in music movies when she get in my head she really make my hair grow it grows so good I just got single twist done by her and are very beautiful tight but beautiful and I’ll go back in probably 5 weeks for a touch-up and when I’m ready for him to go down I’ll go back and she’ll take them down for free
