Do not I repeat do not go to them for knotless braids I have lumps in my head from the women gripping my scalp mind you I have hair no need to grip tight at all for knotless and I also had to tell her multiple times it’s to tight and I still have lumps and to top the cake they charged $220. Called for a same day appointment and was told that I could come in at 1 pm. Arrived on time just for them to forget about me. They had told 2 other people that they would do box braids for them so I had to wait. I was asked for my phone number and asked to wait until they called. I asked if I would be able to get my hair doen that day and she assured me I would. I never received a phone that day or the next. If you’re looking for COVID friendly or any social distancing don’t look here because no one, not even the customers were wearing masks.
