Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI personally know two women who worked at this spa, and I can tell you that management treats their employees like slaves. They also allow all the rich, white, entitled princesses of Longmeadow to treat their workers like garbage. Both of my friends came home from work every night and literally cried because it was so horrible there. This place was definitely created to cater to rich and entitled white women who have nothing better to do while their husbands are at work. The haircut I received was mediocre, and management allows certain clients to just walk in, not check in at the front desk and just sit in the next available chair, even if there are clients sitting in the waiting room ahead of them. The gossip is horrible here as well, and Oksana herself will be working on 3-4 people at once, falling behind and making other customers wait longer. The staff hates each other, and the constant gossip is so unhealthy. This place is just another bad rep of some of the type of people that live in Longmeadow Massachusetts.The place itself looks very nice, and very expensive, but all their services are over priced. I’m a guy, and they literally trimmed an inch or two of hair, charged me $35. I personally know two women who worked at this spa, and I can tell you that management treats their employees like slaves. They also allow all the rich, white, entitled princesses of Longmeadow to treat their workers like garbage.
