Cheap prices, they talked to themselves the entire time. Kinda awkward. Got a manicure for $18. Clipped my skin. Felt very rushed. She asked my to pay before nail polish. Good for price I guess. Over all decent job for price. Customer service is where I felt was lacking. I left feeling uncomfortable. It is was it is.

Both times I’ve gone, the individual I had was very nice and made good conversation. However, the first time I went, I did the Dip Powder and the top coat started to peel off with in 2-3 days, which has never happened to me… so I feel like I didn’t get the best quality. I was willing to give the establishment a second chance by going in for a lower leg wax. With this I was highly disappointed…. 1) Yes she waxed my legs and hair came off… however, I feel like there was A LOT of hair still left behind that could have yet been removed… 2) I was up charged $5 because she had to wax the back of my lower legs?!? Super confused why that was…. Isn’t that a given that the WHOLE lower leg is supposed to be waxed. I feel like if there was an up charge for that, I should have been told that while I was getting it done, not right as my card was being charged. I honestly felt slightly scammed.

I wish I could give this negative 1 stars. The lady who did my nails cut my actual nail into the bed. And told me it was just my cuticles. It was not. I have wider nail beds and told her not to make then all one size.to do them with the width of my nail beds. She also didn’t do the deep smile line with SMALL amount of french tips. Never ever GO HERE. I showed up on Mother’s Day to get my nails done an hour and 30 minutes before close which was obviously more then enough time and was told they didn’t have time for me today. They didn’t even attempt to accommodate me. And literally no one was waiting in their waiting room. You’re telling me you have 5 people working and no one to do nails?!?

This nail salon used to be my favorite! I used to be a regular customer who would come to receive service every two weeks. I started limiting every two weeks to every three to four weeks. Now it’s once a month. A year ago, I had a fallout with one of the nail technicans; she is very unprofessional. Some days there’s a list that has to be signed to be in line. I was running behind and she had me wait when it was my turn. I wasn’t sure if I was going to return, I returned today for a gel pedicure, eyebrow waxing, and a what was supposed to be a fill-in with a shortened coffin shape. The nails are sloppy. Every time, I come into this specific nail salon, the ladies and the main nail technician are ignorant, they’re always making comments under their breath and they’re foolish. I don’t mean any harm. I’m not recommending any stars.
