Desne was very professional when I saw her last year for a full leg wax. I thought we had a good rapport. When I called to make an appointment she said she would call me back. The second call sent me to a website to make an appointment. I recalled how busy she gets so I was just remembering to get my appointment done. My information email and text were verified.
