Awesome spot for a relaxing treatment! The Ojai+Fox staff were super helpful getting myself and two friends scheduled for treatments at the same time on a Saturday so we could enjoy a girls day. I had a fantastic facial and my friends both loved their massages. These people are so nice!!! Maybe they are just starting out? I don’t know but this was not a very good spa experience. I went in for teeth whitening. Advice: turn on some calming music, maybe a water feature, have an eye mask available so that blue light doesn’t aggravate. Maybe put a curtain around the chair, it did not feel very private. And I could hear the conversations in the lobby. But like I said they are very nice people. Friendly for sure.

This is a lovely spa with a wonderful and caring staff. You can tell that everyone enjoys what they do. The space is clean, cute, and relaxing. I received a facial there and really enjoyed it. I love that Summer, the owner, is always expanding her services and adding cutting-edge products. The location is on a quiet street so you can go in and out unnoticed – perfect for playing hooky from work!
