OJ is a very nice woman great soul but unfortunately her braiding is not up to par. You would think her being in business after 20+ years she would have this down but I am not happy with the quality of work after one week. I have got my hair braided many times this way(unfortunately my normal stylist was out of town) and I know what the quality of work she look like she didn’t even box the parts she just used her fingers to part my scalp and on top of that she would braid it and then start yanking my hair to pull of the braids because she didn’t latch it right !!! I tried to give the benefit of the doubt but here and support small business local business but here I am doing a Google review because I’m very angry that my hair is coming out after a week!!!! I also called her and her excuse was I’m not in the shop I’ll call you later when I get there or if I get there with her words that doesn’t work for me when I have two braids out in the front of my head and I have to go to work in two hours . I’ve had three braids fall out and paid 200 to get this done!!!! the braids are frizzy because she didn’t grade them tight enough she didn’t braid the ends and I’m pretty sure this will not last me the eight weeks like it’s supposed to!!! so while she is a great person very sweet the quality of her work is not good do not get your hair or your child’s hair done by OJ.
