The doctors don’t explain things clearly and are not very friendly. I had an issue with my nails I’ve been having for a year. When I said I didn’t believe it had been cleared up, the doctor dismissed me and said it was from me scraping under my nails. About three months later she looked at them again (after I insisted she look at my nails) and agreed I still have the same issue going on. It could have been treated sooner had she not dismissed my concerns the first time. She said she sent a prescription for me to my pharmacy. However, I got to the pharmacy and they never received said prescription. It’s been a week at this point, no prescription.

Horrible. Came in for several visits, doctor still has no idea what’s causing the rash. Referred me to a rheumatologist, then instead of faxing the referral over, they proceeded to fax the referral to my cell phone. I had to call three times for them to figure out their error. Finally sent the referral correctly. That should’ve been my first clue.

I want to say the staff was very helpful and treated me with respect and had empathy as well for what I am currently going through. Dr Hathaway is very knowledgable. I could tell right away that she knew exactly what she needed to do to help me. I felt vindicated when I left there to know that someone saw me as a person going through a very difficult season in my life. I feel very blessed to have Dr Hathaway as my doctor. I would highly recomend this doctor. Thank you all for your compassion and care for me.
