This was by far the worst experience I have ever encountered in a medical facility. The people who previously reviewed this facility claiming they only waited an hour were most likely the 1st appointment of the day, or after lunch. I waited 3 hours for a 5 minute procedure. About halfway through my wait I asked to have my records faxed to another dermatologist, and I was told that they would not do so for 30 days. Being that my matter was urgent I was forced to wait. Not to mention, they charged me $0.75 per page to transfer my records denying me my basic patient rights. I was also told that doctor Hahn would be performing my procedure but this was not the case. My procedure was scheduled for 2 p.m. I did not leave that office until 5 after 5. And what’s worse, is the lady at the front desk asked me to make sure the door was locked on my way out because I was the last patient to leave! Needless to say, I will GLADLY wait my 30 days, and see another dermatologist. This facility is a disgrace. I feel bad for the poor reception lady up front, and for the patients they take advantage of on a daily basis. Sickening!

The wait is insane. They have no respect for the patients time. We had to be here 2 days in a row (insurance won’t cover both procedures in 1 day). The first day, we waited well over an hour. Today is the second day, and they are running more than an hour behind. They schedule too many appointments too close together, and the wait is REDICULOUS. They have a sign at the front that if you show up 10 minutes late, you will have to reschedule, but they don’t respect your time… I will be taking my family somewhere else. No doctor is worth this wait. One day, ok…. Two days in a row with no regard to my time, not acceptable. My time is important too.

Didn’t know what to expect. Surgery? Ha! Appointment at 10am. Arrived just after 9am as you do with surgery appointments. While getting checked in lady told me there were 4 ahead of me like 15 to 20 people went in ahead. Then hearing patients talk about having to wait another hour and a half after their appointment to be called back again! Screw this i left!!! Had no breakfast so knowing it would be 1 to 2 o’clock before I got out of there i just left! Oh, and they called me at 11:07 ! TOO LATE!!!!

Nice facility. Everything else is a mess. Staff shows little care or concern. No bedside manner. Exams are not thorough. Limited skill set with regards to procedures. Steady employee turnover. I recommend finding another provider outside of the OVD realm.

Didn’t care at all about my concerns. In and out in less than three minutes.Follow up. Went to a real dermatologist and had the mole cut out as it was cancerous. Also the red marks on my face is rostacia which she said was spider veins. He gave me a cream and now has faded to almost not noticeable.
