I love this place. I usually go once a month for a facial. My esthetician- Christina is the best!! I love her… Her work is AMAZING. You can feel the difference in your face immediately. She’s also very pleasant and sweet. The salon has other service but I’ve never tried them. I just go for my face fix 🙂

London is fantastic! Before I found him I could never settle on a hairdresser but I’ve definitely found my hairdresser for life with him! He is the most knowledgeable hair dresser I’ve met and took my hair from brown to platinum in one session! This is the second time I’ve gone to him and both times my hair has been so soft afterwards. He really takes the time to get to know my hair, and I totally trust it in his hands!

Love this place!!! We had our photo booth, Desert Luna Photobooths at their back to school pop up and had such a blast with all the ladies! It was a day full of shopping, photos and pampering. The ladies who work there are AMAZING!!! We love working with Courtney and she just kills it! Highly recommend this place

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI went in asking for one thing and came out getting something completely different. When I went to my hair stylist (Kirsten) she just kept saying “I never said how you would leave just that I would get it as close as I could” but she didn’t even do the same hair style I showed her, so even if the color wasn’t the same, but the style was, I would have been happier. If she didn’t think she could do it, she should have said that and not taken me. She also put a dye in it that rinsed out with cold water the first shower with out shampoo either. She originally told me and my friend who was with me she charges 200 for bleaching and 100 for coloring, but when I brought that up she said “no disrespect, but I’d never say that because my prices online are 200-250 for a balayage” I asked for an Ombré.. also I checked what her prices online are for that and it says $160-$220. I Just regret going here and wanted to share. IEdit: I reached out twice to the manager and got nothing back. So, I got my hair fixed at littlehouseofhairdos and Sophie was able to completely transform my hair! I went in asking for one thing and came out getting something completely different. When I went to my hair stylist (Kirsten) she just kept saying “I never said how you would leave just that I would get it as close as I could” but she didn’t even do the same hair style I showed her, so even if the color wasn’t the same, but the style was, I would have been happier. My hair was not what I wanted nor what I paid for. I went back to talk to the stylist (Jessica) about it and to see what could be done. She was unprofessional and disrespectful in the way she handled the situation. Redlands has many far better salons, I recommend going elsewhere.
