The pedicure was fine until the polish chipped the very next day. The manicure wasn’t the best the women was trying to file my nail the best she could however it was still very bumpy and too much powder. The nail was very thick and too wide for my finger. Some fingers were sore once I left and for a few days after due to her cutting them while trying to file it. She even pulled the skin under my nail and made it bleed and I had to tell her it hurts for her to stop because she didn’t even notice what she was doing. VERY OVERPRICED for the service received

horrible business. i came here with my grandmother after finishing her chemo to cheer her up. as soon as we entered they made comments about her pale skin as if she wasn’t already feeling bad enough. after choosing a color for her manicure she was told that it didn’t “compliment her skin” not only did that happen but for her pedicure she was essentially man handled and her feet were thrown into scorching hot water. on top of this, they were saying rancid things about her in their language (i studied a bit of mandarin in school). all of this for an overpriced spa trip that was supposed to be a fun happy day. honestly 0/10, would NOT recommend

I love this nail salon! I get my eyebrows done here almost every month and the finished product is just amazing. They always look so clean and pretty. Critical: Professionalism, QualityI went to this nail salon with my best friend yesterday; and she left in tears. The UV gel they put on her nails was so uneven that it resembled a gravel driveway. She then asked them to file the UV and color all the way off because it looked so bad, and they still left the color aligning the sides of her fingernails. There were no apologies or discounts given for this horrible experience. You can trust a toddler to do your nails better and I guarantee you’ll get more respect from them. The ladies in this salon are beyond unprofessional and continued to argue with us all the way out of the door that the manicure she received was worth $50.
