The final result was perfect for me, not too dramatic, but a subtle pop of dimension. She is very personable and I have had many compliments with the final result . Please please please do your research before you step foot in this salon. Audrey is very nice but she completely destroyed my hair. Came in with minimal lightener through my ends and my natural virgin level 6 hair everywhere else. I asked for a darker base/ all over color with baby lights and a color melt. Another one of her 1 star reviews is another stylist. Personally I’d just ignore her reviews. She is much more likely to criticize then offer praise, unless she’s drinking of course.
