I have always enjoyed Creative Nails and am glad they are back. I went in for a shellac manicure. My service was very rushed. The mail technician didn’t even do the hand and arm massage! I’m very disappointed. I expected better service. I had an appointment and was told what time to come in. I was not a walk in. Now I’m not so sure I want to return.

I’ve been going here for about three months and each time I love the result of my nails. Today I was a bit disappointed at the final result…my nails felt rough, there was powder caked under my nails and the gel didn’t go all the was to the ends which I mentioned and was told ” its okay”. Maybe she was having a bad day. Oh well, it happens.
