Critical: QualityThis is my second time coming to the shop to get pampered but for some reason Kim rudeness has gotten out of control.I told her my nails were messy and she got upset an told me I should’ve use gel, gel is better for the nail and she started rushing when two other ladies walked in not to mention my shapes on my nails were different I hate my nails . This is my second time coming to the shop to get pampered but for some reason Kim rudeness has gotten out of control.I told her my nails were messy and she got upset an told me I should’ve use gel, gel is better for the nail and she started rushing when two other ladies walked in not to mention my shapes on my nails were different I hate my nails . They want that money but want give you the proper service I will not be returning you don’t tell people how to spend there money an your rude an the work was just terrible.

Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityI visited this spa/nail salon twice. The first time was with Kim who did a pretty good job. The set was very pretty and the shape of nails all mostly matched each other. The only complaint was feeling that my appointment was a bit rushed (I got a manicure and a pedicure). Since the first experience was decent I went in a few weeks later to get a new set. This time Kim wasn’t available.From the beginning it had started going downhill and was a lot different than the first time I’d went. I made an appointment both times as the website requested, yet as multiple people walked in they were accepted with no appointment made. I think this is the reason that I had to wait twenty minutes or so after my scheduled appointment time to have someone start on my nails. While getting my nails done there were more and more walking in with no appointment, and it seemed like each time the work on my nails was getting more and more rushed.After she’d been shaping my nails for about ten minutes I mentioned that they weren’t the shape that I wanted. She told me to trust her and that she wasn’t done yet. After a few more minutes of them looking the same I mentioned it again, and she said “you have to trust me and let me finish, I promise.” I honestly gave up at that point. after a bit my nails were finished and I truly regretted not going somewhere else. They didn’t look at all like the shape I had shown her, but I had already mentioned it twice before they had even been painted. I visited this spa/nail salon twice. The first time was with Kim who did a pretty good job. The set was very pretty and the shape of nails all mostly matched each other. The only complaint was feeling that my appointment was a bit rushed (I got a manicure and a pedicure). Since the first experience was decent I went in a few weeks later to get a new set.
