I came in for a full set of lashes and after 3 hours I was sent out like this. I had my previous set removed and had asked for a full set of classics. The girl doing them was new and was very slow with the process for this reason. She asked 2 coworkers for help finishing my lashes once closing time rolled around and they told her now. When I finally got out to my car and got a good look at my lashes I was so angry. I paid $125 for a quarter of a service. They don’t do refunds if you are dissatisfied with your service… understandable. But I paid for a service that wasn’t even completed. Absolutely ridiculous. I came here because of the 5 star reviews. After being asked so many times today between clients and friends who did this to my eyelashes, I am so upset and embarrassed. Absolutely do not recommend. (My name is also Kristina Mendoza in case this name does not match your records, as this is my maiden name.)

So I’m not going to lie I had always been nervous about getting lashes done ! My eyes are very sensitive and I was afraid that getting lashes would bother me , but I always loved the way they looked on other people , so I thought you know what let me just try it out ! LO did my lashes , a hybrid set and I absolutely LOVE them !!! I have received so many compliments on them as well! They are so full and makes such a difference in the morning when I’m wearing makeup! They are so light on my face I don’t even feel them there at all , that’s another thing I was scared of ! But I’m so happy with how they came out and looks nice in pictures! I recommend to try this place out ! Also it’s so beautiful inside the establishment!! I’m very happy !! Thank you LO!

Its been years since I have had lash extensions and after getting them done by LO I can’t remember why. I absolutely LOVE the way my lashes turned out. She did exactly what I asked and I will definitely be keeping up with them. Thank you LO and the Oh My Lash ladies for always making me feel welcome when I walk in.

I absolutely love my lashes! I have tried doing strips, but I can’t put them on myself and they make my eyes feel heavy by the end of the day. But I love my eyelash extensions by LO. I have done classic and hybrid sets. They are both so feel light on my eyes, that I can hardly tell I have them on. Oh My Lash is so relaxing and welcoming. I would recommend this place to anyone.
