Great boutique nail shop offering all your nail care needs with friendly service. I have been booking with Tina for many years. I regularly ask for a gel manicure with a deluxe pedicure. Tina always does gel manicure and it turns out perfect each time! Tina does a meticulous job and is great at nail design, nail shaping and nail repair. She is a nail guru! Aside from being talented, Tina is always kind and welcoming. The deluxe pedicure comes complete with callus remover and a 10 minutes massage which leaves me so relaxed! I’ve had my pedicure done by a different technician each time and they all did a fantastic job. Smooth heels and perfect polish! Give them a try, you won’t be disappointed!

Mariana did a fantastic job on my gel manicure! She doesn’t do your typical manicure. She does a different technique for cutting cuticles and removing gel. She was truly a perfectionist, so took a bit longer than a typical manicure might take, but I was totally fine with that!! I appreciated her attention to detail and how perfect my nails look! She was very friendly and I loved the experience! Love the end product! I would come back!

Not very happy with my nails. I had a gel manicure done & it looks like I just put aluminum foil on for $75. Not a large shade selection either! My thumb has a large glob of gel on it! The picture doesn’t even do it justice!

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueIf I could give 0 stars I would. I was very excited to try this place after I saw one of famous Armenian influencers posting about them. I asked for gel manicure and regular pedicure. They told me it’s $90 which is higher than most places. I thought I will get a great service since they are overcharging! Starting with the manicure she was doing it dry, didn’t soak my hands in water or used cuticle oil. I told her please don’t go deep on my cuticles and she did not listen to me, poking and making them bleed. No massage after manicure either. After an hour of doing my manicure it was time for pedicure. She just soaked my feet in the water and that’s it. Did not exfoliate or message. After applying nail polish she didn’t wait a second to let it dry and while she was putting my flip flops she messed up all my toes and did a sloppy job to cover it again. After 2 hours of pedicure I noticed that the polish is coming off of my toe. Will never go back to this place.Services: Manicure, PedicureIf I could give 0 stars I would. Critical: ValueWe were completely overcharged for our nails! Double the cost of every other place. My mistake not to ask ahead… never again! And she made my daughter’s fingers bleed and when she took my polish off the acetate burned beyond anything I’ve experienced in the past.Service: Acrylic nails

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueWorst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Very rude, rough, non-friendly or welcoming nail technician. She was argumentative when I asked for shorter length. Rather than patiently doing my nails within my appointment time, she was rushing because she had to get home for another appointment she’d scheduled at 7pm. It was 6:15pm when she started on my nails and said she didn’t have time to do my nails how I’d asked because she had to get home. Your commute time is not my problem. Neither is you starting my nails late. (this is the short version) Complete experience: I was a couple minutes early for my appointment. When I walked in there was a hair stylist doing her friends hair (I know this because they left in the same car and the friend had to come back in to get the hair stylist cell phone which she forgot in the nail salon) Neither of them even said hello to me, they just looked and continued about their business. There was no one else in the salon. So I waited about 10 mins, I noticed two girls walking from the gas station across the street and figured it was them. They walked into the salon, saw me and didn’t say “hello” or anything. They asked me if I was there for an appointment after they finished their conversation in Russian. One of the girls then asked if I was their 5pm appointment I said yes, but I was told that you’d have to do my pedicure at 5p and gel x at 6pm. She proceeded to begin my pedicure, while the nail technician from across the room, in a confrontational tone, asks aren’t you suppose to be here at 6pm for your gel x?! I said yes, when I made my appointment they mentioned my pedicure and gel x would have to be done separately, which I agreed to. Mind you that is an inconvenience within itself. To have to be in the nail salon for 2 hours, but I know it happens, especially if you are new there. I told her if you could it would be great to have them done at the same time. She said no I can’t I have other appointment. So I said okay. She then starts calling her now late customer, who cancels! So she tells me okay I’ll do it now. There was no conversation with me about how I wanted my nails done. She simply asked the pedicurist who also seemed to be her friend, in Russian, what is it that I wanted. When she spoke fluent English to me not too long ago. I found this odd, because there was a feeling of I want nothing to do with this customer. It seemed like she was very moody and needed a nap. I continued to be friendly throughout this whole time without any retaliation. She started on my nails, and didn’t speak to me the entire time. I’d told her this was my first time trying gel x so that she could walk me through what to expect. She did not, she just continued rushing through doing my nails. I am use to nail technicians checking for the customers approval every so often. She did not. So when I got the chance I took a look. My nails were too long for my liking, I asked her to make them just a tad bit shorter. She got so upset, started huffing and puffing, and says you tell me this now?! I responded by telling her you didn’t ask me if that length was fine and I simply want you to shorten them just a bit, you can use the filer. She was like well how much, come on, hurry up tell me. I was shocked and told her you know what this much, measuring with my nails. She cuts a lot more than what I asked!!!!! She could no longer do the design I’d asked for which she had forgotten about or didn’t care to do. She finished up in a hurry. Does not ask if I need anything else or if I happy with her work. She did not remove the glue from underneath my nails, she did not spray them or rub cuticle oil as is part of the process and as I’ve seen on their IG page. She then charges me an OVERpriced amount for the work she’d done. The pedicurist also does my toe nails extremely short and makes me bleed. Never going back and definitely will tell my friends and family not to go there if they are interested in checking them out. I do not recommend going there at all. Worst customer service.Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Very rude, rough, non-friendly or welcoming nail technician. She was argumentative when I asked for shorter length. My experience here was an absolute disappointment. Before visiting , I read some reviews on here and yelp, and although I saw some negative ones, I figured I’d still give them a shot. I got a french pedicure, and it was by far the worst pedicure experience I’ve received. My nail tech was incredibly rude, unfriendly, and just gave off a “I don’t care to be here” vibe. She did not listen to any of my specific concerns, if anything, I felt like I was “bothering” her. She also barely made eye contact for the entire hour, which made me feel quite uncomfortable. Not sure if the individual was having a bad day, or just had no costumer service skills whatsoever. Either way, I really wanted this place to be a success, seeing that it’s right down the street, but unfortunately, I won’t be returning after this experience.

Beautiful salon, great location, decent prices…BUT they lady who did my nails and feet rushed through both . I had to repeatedly ask her to make corrections like painting my entire nail instead of just the top, removing the smeared polish from my skin, and to get rid of the excess acrylic under my nails. I was not satisfied with the final result and when I asked for these corrections I was given attitude and told it was no big deal (and $75 of my money is a big deal to me). The young lady proceeded to tell me I hurt her feelings because i did not like my nails and that I had no respect. I will not return to this salon because of the poor services i received on my initial visit.

Amazing service! Lilit did such an incredible job on my nails. Anna, did immaculate job on my pedicure. This was my first visit there, and I’m honestly hooked! All the girls are like sisters there. So attentive, so sweet.
