Decided to try this place after 2 years to because nowhere else could take me. Horrible yet again. Worst, uneven pedicure, the woman kept leaving to go do other things, left my legs covered in the skin scrub. Then to make things worse the woman threw my shoes in the pedicure bath next to me, my shoes were soaked and she didnt even apologize. They refused to do my sisters dip power mani after agreeing to do her whole nails, left her sitting there for 45 mins. Charged us full price and never got an apology. When we complained they literally laughed in our faces. Avoid this place like the plague.

I went there for manicure, the lady named Sharon did not even do a good job. No massage, not even cleaned the dead skin and literally wrapped it up as if she was doing it for free. Also there was a language barrier. That is why I tipped her less, on that she rolled her eyes and asked me on face “only this much? “. I mean I would definitely tip good if service was good.

They did a horrendous manicure on my daughter and cut several fingers while doing her cuticles. The polish was uneven. Their prices are highest in the area. I would have no problem paying it if the work was worth it. Never again! Pedicure, Gel manicures, Foot massages

Didn’t realize that powder manicure is not really a “thing” in this salon, they do it but obviously are not experienced. I asked for white powder and the end effect is … not white but more of a neutral “color”. She also only put two layers of powder without any top coat or nothing. I’ve done powder for years (I moved so unfortunately can’t do at my usual place) and I know how it’s done correctly. The same same powder on the nails started cracking and two nails got more of a yellow tone. The worst manicure I ever got. I hope I’ll find a better place soon …

I was reading some of the negative reviews about Ogi Nails and have to disagree!! I have been coming here for 10 years. They are clean,professional ,very nice all around. My mom went to this salon to get her nails, a pedicure, and a facial done since she is going on vacation. She won’t be going back. She did dip powder nails and they came out horrendous. She asked for french and it was done but the nails are all different shapes and sizes, they were not filed correctly, they are extremely bulky and just plain ugly. I understand with these nails there’s always the possibility of them cutting the cuticle and skin around the finger but they cut 5/10 fingers…She tipped 16$ after this disaster and the worker was angry and gave attitude after the mess she sent her home with. Very rude and definitely will never book again with this salon.

Place is clean, quiet which is relaxing. I did regular pedi for me and my 7 yr old, the ladies are nice, they sterilize everything and use disposable nail file. I use a gift card and each time they give me receipt of what is left on it. Pedicure

Took my wife to do her nails nails for her birthday however yes the place was clean surrounding was very nice staff was friendly some of them the owner was not nice at all within 2 days her nail start chipping cracking lifting she asked for dipping powder the owner started to tell her the color that she choose if she know it wasn’t bright of course she know it wasn’t bright that’s what she chose however after spending $100 worst service ever,& worst place to go get your nails done the nails they do there does not last more than a day or maybe less. I wouldn’t advise anyone going
